Target Environment (How do we run the file?): Save entry as 5.gif, open the image and zoom in using an app that won't anti-alias image. 
(eg most image previewer apps on OS's don't, so double click image and zoom in). With image scaled up to be really visible and so usable,
scan on phone using QR code reader.
