Describe the bug
The sensitivity_increased_by predicate is a child of related_to_at_instance_level in the model/yaml definition
[ Edit: as well as others, see Additional context below ]
To Reproduce
This can be seen on the entry for this predicate in the docs
Expected behavior
It should instead belong under sensitivity_affected_by -- to be consistent with the rest of the model (see image above)
What working group (or team) did this request originate from?
CATRAX / ARAX UI
Note: This is relevant for members of NCATS Translator.
Additional context
Could potentially affect subclass reasoning..?
[Edited to add] Also affected:
sensitivity_increased_by should be a child of sensitivity_affected_by
condition_prevented_by should be a child of likelihood_affected_by (instead of affected_by)
Or if the above is correct, then preventative_for_condition should be moved under affects
sensitivity_associated_with and resistance_associated_with should be children of response_associated_with
Apologies in advance if any of this is incorrect!
