Causing issues when importing biolink-model from pypi and trying to use the latest version of LinkML in the same project.

Yep, unfortunately, resolution gets confused when trying to update click as linkml 1.10.0 pins click. I believe there is a linkml 1.11.1-rc1 that when released will fix this. In KGX, I downgraded (and pinned) click and updated linkml + linkml-runtime.
