Description

At the moment, rage command prints something like this when the configuration file is loaded:

Biome Configuration:
  Status:                       Loaded successfully

It would be nice to add the path of the configuration file, possible relative to the working directory

@ematipico tried to implement this through #5156. Please let me know if its the right way, or if you expect something else. More than happy to address any comments!
