Biome v2 checklist

All new breaking changes and new changes have been merged into main.

While things haven't been finished, we now have a more stable workflow, and now the website can be hooked to biomejs/biome#main to update the playground and the code gen.

This repository has a next branch where we can start sending stuff. Here's the PR: #1517
