Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Sorry for formatting this wrong. Just freaking out, about to deploy and the whole point was to make things easier for family if the worst happens and I'm not coming back. Sincerely appreciate it 👍

I would do an SPV resync https://bisq.wiki/Resyncing_SPV_file

That should fix your balance. It might be your wallet is out of sync.
