Altcoins

[Falci]

Hi,

Is it possible to add altcoins to Bisq?
I saw a few contradicting content: some forum posts with requirements, other posts with dead links, another page mentioning java implementation and a GitHub comment stating that Bisq stopped adding new alt coins.

So, what's is it?
Where can I find the most up to date info?
Thank you.

No new coins are being added at the moment, and it won't probably will be added in the future. It's been like this, except for rare exceptions (L-BTC), since 2020. bisq-network/proposals#166

That's unfortunate, because Bitcoin Cash is not in the current list.
As Bitcoin fanatics, one should know Bitcoin Cash is important to the larger Bitcoin story.
