[BUG] Custom Web Button Configuration Causes Some buttons to stop responding

Describe the bug

We use the custom configuration for web buttons to get a desired layout of buttons to recall PTZ camera presets from a iPad. Not sure if we have set something up incorrectly that it is causing the issues. But it seems like it is a bug.

The issue is that when we use the custom configuration Every 40 buttons the first two buttons (40,41) will not trigger the button. And it grows with each 40 buttons. So button (80-83) will not trigger.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set up a preset recall command on 80 buttons in a row across three pages of a 4X8 stream deck configuration. In our case using Pages 10-12.

2. Then open up a the Web button option (on the local computer running companion or an iPad on the same network).

And set configuration to Pages 10..12
Min Column 0
Max Column 10
Min Row 0
Max Row 20

Display Columns to 10.

3. Expected to see a grid with 10 columns

Expected Behavior

Expected error is the button 40, 41, 80, 81, 82, 83 will not trigger.
