Unable to compile on Cygwin x64 #131

I am trying to compile for Cygwin x64 and I've followed the exact instructions from issue #128 but I get the same error. I cloned the repository for bitlbee at the mentioned revision and installed both it and the libraries. Under /usr/local/lib/ I see that libbitlbee.dll.a exists, but when I run make LDFLAGS=-no-undefined from the bitlbee-steam build directory I get the same error messages as referenced in the issue. This happens with all plugins, not just the one for Steam.
