Fetch metadata when inporting infohashes

Importing only infohashes doesn't trigger fetching of metadata.

Describe the solution you'd like

When importing infohashes only (no name) I'd like the the DHT to be queried to attempt to populate the torrents full metadata.

Additional context

Would be a cool way to populate from infohash dumps
