Software License Terms

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software (the “Software”), to use the Software solely (a) on machines owned or managed by that person, and (b) for accessing Bitrise services at www.bitrise.com under and in full compliance at all times with such terms as Bitrise has made those services available to Licensee.   The “Services Terms” shall mean the terms referenced in (b) above.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.  Without limitation on the foregoing, Bitrise has no responsibility for any infrastructure of Licensee and/or any infrastructure that is not maintained by Bitrise.

The foregoing Software License Terms apply solely to the Software, and shall not limit Licensee’s rights and obligations under the Services Terms.
