[PM-37596] https:// should be mandatory when adding URL in AutoFill Options

Steps To Reproduce

Considering « bitwarden » if your only autofill&password configured in IOS.

1. Bitwarden>any password>AutoFill Option> add website
2. In field type: [anysite].com
3. now in Safari try your site and Safari will never show QuickType Bar to fill the username or password or totp codes !!!! See here : https://community.bitwarden.com/t/why-bitwarden-ios-still-has-quicktype-autofill-issues-while-other-managers-dont/96454

NOW

1. Bitwarden>any password>AutoFill Option> add website
2. In field type: https://[anysite].com
3. now in Safari try your site = EVERYTHING IS WORKING LIKE MAGICS

Developers I read in your mind « yes I know for app infernal uri » we still can add option for type of url we are using. This avoid people saying « bitwarden » is the only where totp is not working…
