Way to Change Tab / URL bar color?

I am using Librewolf 147.0.4-1 64bit with Lepton Photon style 8.7.5, i was just wondering if theres a way to change the color on top of the Tabs and around the URL bar, either in the settings or in a file somewhere, i've been looking for a while now and the best i got was switching my Windows color. I've even tried turning off Automatic Contrast Control and its still tied to the windows color.

is this just an gonna have to deal with it kinda thing or am i just missing something super obvious
