Error when using umlauts in profile name #1595

Describe the bug
Checkmate discards using my surname "Häußler" in the application profile form, see screenshot below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Profile'.
Type Häußler into 'Surname' field.
Check what happens.

Expected behavior
It should be possible to use umlauts for the profile name.
