Variables We decided this didn't warrant a lesson and have introced them in a lesson plan write new lesson that introduces what a variable is and highlights that when x = 4 we're defining a value rather than using x as a variable. What would an impactful starter file for this lesson look like?

• Rewrite "Discover" workbook pages to have them generate their own problems, as we rewrote the commutative property pages
• additive inverse
• multiplicative inverse
• associative
• Distributive Property
• dig into division as distributable
• add grayscale
• Think through what needs to happen to Absolute Value / Opposite / Exponent lessons
