Description

When going on any website in the new 1.73 update, closing the tab in the top shows a laggy animation compared to before

Steps to reproduce

Open Brave
Go on any website
Close the tab (not window)

Actual result

Tab closing animation is laggy

Expected result

Animation should be smooth
