Preload-Issue?

Describe the bug
I have a weird issue where this particular template doesn't run when first loading the website. I think it's only happening on my PC, thankfully. I use Kiosk app in the Android tablet and hasn't seen this issue yet.

Update: I've added a few more templates and now running config error, which resolved itself after reloading the website.

I've cleared cache multiple times and it is also happening in my Android HA companion.

Go to the HA instance, see the issue

Expected behavior
I used decluttering_templates card before and didn't have this issue. 9 out of 10, the card doesn't load at first try and fixes itself after a website refresh. So far it's only this template that is having issue, the rest of the other template works at first load.

Hi the problem still persisted. And a refresh always fixed the issue
