Add MMCE e MX4SIO support

1. Export and import to MMCE Device as MemoryCard Pro and PSxMenCard Gen 1 and 2

2. Export and import to MX4SIO Device via VMC

3. Modify and export import files from MemoryCard Pro and PSxMenCard Gen 1 and 2

I don't have any MMCE, memoryCard Pro or PsxMemCard Gen1/Gen2 devices so unless someone wants to provide such devices, adding support won't happen any time soon.

I do have one mx4sio card but from my tests, I remember some driver incompatibility so I had to keep it out.
