I installed this from AUR and when I run it I get [ERROR] could not find /opt/vivaldi/resources/vivaldi/browser.html, is vivaldi installed?

I think Vivaldi renamed the file to window.html

thanks for reporting. I don't use vivaldi myself anymore, if anyone submits a fix i will merge.
