Radar overlay issue

Radar and satellite imagery for the local Doppler radar and regional radar/satellite loops are overlaid on top of all map features, instead of only the map topography. As such, country/state/country borders, city labels and road maps are obscured by the radar data (an issue especially prevalent in situations where widespread precipitation is occurring over a specific region).
