Pagination is not working correctly

D3 org chart paging code! so when you click the "show next 5 nodes" button on the depth 1 level, the button at depth 2 is also triggering pagination, causing both levels to paginate simultaneously. However, the reverse case (depth 2 not triggering depth 1) behaves correctly.

@bumbeishvili there is a piece of code inside setLayouts that causes this bug. I have attached screenshot of it below. If we remove that this bug goes away and normal functionalities work correctly too. Should I raise a PR removing that code snippet?
I don't see why it is required. We must preserve the pagination of the child nodes even if we are clicking on the paging button of the parent. Thanks.
