Add an automatic mode to deploy all git branches to Bump.sh branches

For now we only have a `branch:` input parameter to our github action. It would be nice to have a way to automatically “follow” the git branch names when deploying to Bump.sh with the action without the need to explicit the `branch:` input parameter.
