Fix Sidebar and merge it with the rest of the project

### Task
Fix remaining issues with sidebar and make sure it works with the building search code and new backend functionality.

### User Story
As a user, I would like to see schedules for road closures, information regarding parking for visitors, as well as other useful links so that I am prepared before coming to park on campus.
