Task
Somewhere on the website, add a link to visit the TAPS website and/or include some explanations as to what each pass does, it's price, hours, specifics of citations, etc
User Story
As a user, I can easily see which parking pass would be most applicable to me and purchase it, as well as better understand the specifics of UF parking, so planning my trip is easier and and I am less likely to accidentally break a rule.
