I am being advised that I need to upgrade my account as I have reached as my numbers exceed my plan. See message below:

Congratulations on getting so many subscribers! Your number of subscribers exceeds the limits of your plan. Please upgrade your plan to send this email.
Upgrade

This is erroneous as I am already on pro plan. I cannot send mails until resolved.

Can this be fixed urgently please as not only cannot I send mails, but readers can no longer view articles on our website. This is because I have received the following message from Buttondown:

Hey there! Just letting you know that your custom domain (news.france-insider.com) has been removed. You might have done this yourself (in which case, great!); if not, it was probably done automatically because the DNS records were no longer valid.
