AllowedMentions as global config #1648
Description
Most often than not we don't want our bots mentioning @ everyone or @ here, disabling this on every command is tedious.
We can have a AllowedMentions on the session that can still be overwritten when we pass AllowedMentions explicitly to a complex message.
Discord.js already does this -> docs
