Missing docs on Enums

No time to contribute at the moment. But wanted to highlight that docs are missing for Enums.

Perheps https://www.dereuromark.de/2024/01/30/enums-in-cakephp-reloaded/ could be reused in the docs.

We have https://book.cakephp.org/5/en/orm/database-basics.html#enum-type but I guess you expect more.

Are you expecting examples on how to use that enum in your apps or what exactly are you missing?

I think at least the bake commands explained and how to add in migraton files are key.

Furthermore we could maybe explain the label function with an example?

I now created, but maybe there are better ways?

I'm not the best coder in the world, so I heavily rely on the docs.
