Stretch Feature: User Email

NOTE: Extra workers for mailers cost more.  Confirm with NPO Partner before starting.

When you create a user, don't give the user a password.
Our app will send an email to the email of the new registered user with a link.
When the link is clicked, the user can enter a password.
Make sure the link is associated with a random token.
