This Bundle allows to receive a list of blacklisted or whitelisted urls and hostnames of websites regarding art 11 of the European Copyright Directive.
The whitelist contains some websites which are happy to get links, the blacklist will contain some websites which do not want to get links or be cited.
The bundle will query https://art11.caldera.cc/ for lists. Find more information other there or look into their repository at https://github.com/calderacc/art11.
