docs.ubuntu.com heading links are being flagged #464
Description
Currently, linking to a specific header on docs.ubuntu.com makes the linkchecker error out, ex:
kb/reference/style-guide/language.md:48: [broken] https://docs.ubuntu.com/styleguide/en/#active-and-passive-voice: Anchor 'active-and-passive-voice' not found
kb/reference/style-guide/formatting.md:117: [broken] https://docs.ubuntu.com/styleguide/en/#code-examples-in-documentation: Anchor 'code-examples-in-documentation' not found
kb/reference/style-guide/language.md:54: [broken] https://docs.ubuntu.com/styleguide/en/#contractions: Anchor 'contractions' not found
even though these links are correct and work fine.
Would y'all be able to look into why this is occurring please? Thanks!
