This sprint is focused on building a shared understanding of the three pre‑V12 epics and defining how we will approach the work. The team will review each epic in detail, outline phases and workflows, and create initial plans for sequencing and execution. We will also meet with key stakeholders to align on goals, clarify expectations, and ensure everyone understands the scope and direction of the pre‑V12 initiative.

• Review the three epics to fully understand scope, goals, and dependencies.
• Break each epic into phases to clarify workflow and sequencing.
• Create initial execution plans outlining how and when.
• Identify open questions that need stakeholder clarification before execution.
• User research with Carrie on one topic
• Meet with stakeholders to explain the work, gather input, and align expectations.
• Validate assumptions about scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Set up tracking structure for phases, status, and milestones across all three epics.
• Define next‑sprint priorities based on what becomes clear during planning.
