Display consent on final proposal

Summary

We should keep better track of display consent after proposal moved to final status

Description

Showing pending in display consent when on draft it was accepted and on new version which is final it shows pending

1. As a author create a proposal add collaborator and make it public draft
2. As a collaborator accept collaboration in display consent menu set as accept
3. As a author create new final version
4. As a collaborator in display consent menu your status changed from accepted to pending, but there is no indication in number as proposal is final.
