GCC make fails with newer versions of FFmpeg

gcc wont compile with newer versions of FFmpeg.

I used the FFmpeg that @takis has on his github https://github.com/takis/FFmpeg

Also had to install the development version of bzip2 “yum install bzip2-devel”

then it worked. hope this helps someone

for 64bit ubuntu 13.10 on a PC one needs "sudo apt-get install libfaad-dev libbz2-dev"
