--excl documentation missing

Does nothing with "--excl \*.lbl". Those files are still in the stats. An example in the documentation would be highly appreciated.

Second this, spent about 15 minutes messing around trying to get it working for just .py files:

git fame --loc surv --incl '.*.py'

It's regex, so:

• --excl '\.lbl$': exclude *.lbl
• --incl '\.py$': include *.py
• --incl '\.[cht][puh]{0,2}$': C++/CUDA as mentioned in the Usage section in the README
