Add two new things

• Integrate new designs for restricted pools - new banner that shows Accredited only - see here
• Integrate a new card that is only shown IF present in the metadata
  • Metadata field: Terms and Conditions
  • Metadata content: text
  • Show that text and the card with the header IF present
