[Guides] Gmail SMTP with XOAuth2

We have a guide for Gmail + IMAP + XOAuth2 for incoming mail.

We need a similar guide for outgoing mail where someone sets up a mail transport.

Google recently stopped supporting plaintext auth, and lots of clients are running into issues setting up SMTP since the instructions are slightly different; even though they can reuse the same Gmail connected account.
