Create watchers for Sushiswap subgraphs

• Generate watcher for Trident subgraph (non-subgraph)
  • Manually flatten solidity files for Trident subgraph
  • Generate watcher separately for different version contracts and merge
• Compile subgraphs with @cerc-io/graph-cli
  • Create new monorepo with subgraph code to workaround error with setting up subgraphs repo
