If I manually copy and paste
http://{my_regulations_website}/eregulations/1005-11/2014-20681#1005-11
The header for "Subpart A |" does not get updated and also the DOM isn't updated. If you scroll down the page it gets updated. The header should read "Subpart A | §1005.11"
