Import-AADRecommendedConditionalAccessPolicies.ps1 GCC High Login Failure

When trying to connect to GCC High, which I assume is UsGov, I receive the following error after successful sign in and then being prompted to consent to graph permissions:

This then results in the following errors trying to import policies:

FYI - Altering line 61 to include -UseDeviceCode allowed a successful login, however the import of policies still failed, just did so differently
