Make password edition a single independent page #2006

Having the password change form on the same page as the rest of the profile edition introduces a series of challenges for the user while submitting new information. Most application providers now offer the password change page separate from the others.
Expected behavior / Resultado esperado / Résultat attendu
Add an entry in the user menu (social network) to change the password only, and remove it from the normal user edition page.
Make sure this is also possible when the social network is not enabled (for example through a new entry in the drop-down user menu on the right side).
