Buy course plugin : Pagination for sales report

The sales report on pages plugin/buycourses/src/sales_report.php and buycourses/src/service_sales_report.php list the sales but when there are many sales it is hard to read and it's too long.

• It would be good to have a pagination to see only 20, 50, 100 o all sales per page.
• It would be also good to have the possibility to click on the table headers to order the table following this column.
