Increase blurriness of reading comprehension test #5732
Description
With recent screens in high resolution, the blurriness of the text in the reading comprehension test is not enough anymore (you can recognize the test relatively easily, failing the purpose of the test).
Increase blurriness in both Chamilo 1 and Chamilo 2.
