Localforage typing issue

Along with the localforage update that introcuted typings update (Look here) the AsyncStorage type that is supplied with vuex-persist became invalid.

AsyncStorage definition should be updated to:

// ...
getItem<T>(key: string): Promise<T | null>;
// ...

to keep support for localforage.
