Responsive title bar wraps around for smaller screens

After adding "Get Involved" to the menu bar in #62 , things get a bit wonky in the menu bar when zooming in to the 200-225% range on a laptop, after which a little hamburger menu bar appears and fixes things. One fix to this might be to refactor the menu bar to combine two items and reduce size. @DanilaFe also suggested there were settings that could be used to jump to the hamburger menu earlier when zooming.

This is what our website's title bar looks normally on a wide screen:

And when the screen is not wide enough, it collapses the navigation options into a menu

That's great!

However, in between those two sizes it has perhaps unintended behavior:

1. Chapel name and title bar on different lines

and

2. Title bar wraps around just for the "Blog" button
