Returns True if the operation succeeded. Check MultiHandle.LastError for the error number if this method returns False.

Calls curl_multi_add_handle. Pass an EasyHandle that is ready to begin its transfer. An EasyHandle may belong to only one MultiHandle at a time.

Once all items have been added, call MultiHandle.Perform to begin the transfer(s).
