Boosts of posts

I'm not sure if this is a topic more for Mastodon's creators or for you. I'm wondering about the fact that on the wall quite often there are boosts of posts I've already seen. Do you see any possibility of doing an option that would allow hiding boosts of posts authored by people that a user is following? (I have in mind the situation that person A bumps up the post of person B (the person I follow)
