Phanpy (three-column setup) cannot get to third boost under 1,600 x 900 window size

Bug description

The default window size of LibreWolf is 1,600 x 900. LibreWolf user does not get to change this unless they disable RFP (Resist Fingerprinting) entirely. Unfortunately, at this window size, Phanpy cannot display boosts properly under the three-column setting. It will display the first two boosts correctly but unable to click past the second boost. The third boost will be displayed partially.

To reproduce

1. Change browser window size to 1,600 x 900.
2. Set up Phanpy so that it has three columns. One of the columns should be 'Following' to display boosts from other people.
3. Once there is a consolidated boost strip with four or more boosts, try to get to the third boost and beyond.

Expected behavior

Observed behaviour: user cannot get to the third boost and beyond.

Expected bheaviour: user should be able to click past second boost and get to the third boost and beyond.
