Like the title block we would need a toggle that allows to display the assignment on the spectrum. This is for report purpose and printing as PDF.

The assignment could either be the 'Publication string'

Or a table

This should be movable as well.

Displaying this assignment should be 2 toggles in the toolbar of the Range panel.

The displayed columned could be based on the columns displayed in the panel but at least for know we don't display # and everything that is after J (Hz)
