Add Verbose Logging for Checks Run in Guide

Add verbose logging of more of the checks done throughout the QSG. One that pops to mind is logging out the certificate validation process that is done in the SSL Setup step.

Adding some warning text like hey you didn't enter your Certificate Thumbprint value if it notices '<YOUR_CUSTOM_SSL_CERT_THUMBPRINT_HERE>' was entered as the value in the SSL Setup step command.

How'd you feel about a ValidateScript that rejects that value?

It looks like we've added something to solve this issue in Switch-SslSecurity.ps1, but we need to bring it over to Initialize-C4bSetup.ps1.

The code in question ([ValidateScript({Test-CertificateDomain -Thumbprint $_})]) doesn't specifically check to see that we've passed a templated value, but it does validate that the certificate exists in the right place. I think that covers our bases.

We can add more validation to other parameters if we'd like.
