PRINT_INITIAL_STATS in Read_Grid_HDF5 is broken

A (years old) merge commit must have accidentally mixed up code within the PRINT_INTIAL_STATS macro and the MHD macro. The current behavior takes averages of magnetic field values and is nonsensical.
